On Thursday December 3 at 1:00 p.m., AFSA President Ambassador Eric Rubin will host another webinar with retired members of AFSA. The webinar, which will be conducted via Zoom, is designed for our retirees to hear directly from Ambassador Rubin on the work AFSA is doing to support and defend our members and the Foreign Service. This time, we will focus on the changed landscape in Washington, D.C. and how AFSA is looking at the next two years.

During the webinar, Ambassador Rubin will provide an update on the issues AFSA is currently working on, including the presidential transition, status of FY2021 funding for international engagement and foreign assistance, hiring and appointments, and the many reports on diplomacy and the Foreign Service that have surfaced in recent weeks.
