Advocacy: Aldo Perez is a student at The George Wash- ington University Law School in Washington, D.C. He is from Miami, Florida. Awards: Casey Knerr is a sophomore at Georgetown University, majoring in sci- ence, technology and inter- national affairs. Casey is from Berlin, Maryland. Communications: Amy Jones is a second-year stu- dent at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. A native of London, she is pur- suing degrees in history and international relations. Executive Office: Maryland native Nicole ‘Nikki’ Roche is a political science major at Northeastern University in Boston. The Foreign Service Jour- nal: Shannon Mizzi returns for a second semester with us. Originally from Boston, she has a degree in history from the Royal Holloway University of London. Advertising: Isabelle Ninh is a rising senior at the Uni- versity of California, Santa Barbara, where she studies political science. Her home- town is McLean, Virginia. Rivkin Award during an April 27 luncheon hosted by AFSA. The award has been conferred to a mid-level officer for constructive dissent every year since 1968.
