T his photo was taken just around sunset in Dili, the capital of Timor-Leste, in February. My husband and I were in a taxi on our way to dinner, and we passed this group of chil- dren playing at the ocean front, creating their own fun. I love how the power of the wind is captured in the waves and in the children’s hair. n BY CAROLE FENTON n TIMOR-LESTE Carole Fenton is a Foreign Service family member.
