Community Service Winner Jane Symington PMA Donation to AFSA Scholarship Fund On the occasion of its 35th anniversary in May, the Public Members Associationof the Foreign Service presented two $3,500 scholarship checks toAFSA to be awardedunder AFSA’s Financial AidScholarshipProgram. These awardswere given inmemoryof Dr. R. Gordon Hoxie, PMA president from 1973 to 1979, and in memory of the founding members of PMA.
