AFSA Presi- dent Ambassador Barbara Stephenson, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary and Direc- tor of the Diplomatic Security Service Bill Miller and AFSA’s Labor Management team spoke with DS agents about the work AFSA does and how we can best serve the Diplo- matic Security community. Governing Board member and DS Special Agent Lawrence Casselle also attended, along with State VPAngie Bryan. In remarks to the gath- ering, Amb. Stephenson thanked Director Miller, as well as Assistant Secretary Starr, for their insights and for put- ting forward DS views.
