You are invited to attend the AFSA election Town Hall meeting, sponsored by the AFSA Committee on Elections. This event has been set up for all AFSA members and will take place at AFSA headquarters on the following date:

12:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, in the first floor conference room at the AFSA HQ building, 2101 E Street, NW, Washington DC 20037.

The discussion will be moderated by members of the Committee on Elections. Each candidate will present a brief statement and there will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end. Members unable to attend are encouraged to submit questions in advance to election@afsa.org. This is a great opportunity to hear from the candidates running for AFSA’s 2019-2021 Governing Board.  
 
Any write-in candidates who wish to stand for an office for which there are no current candidates are invited to participate as well. Please notify the Elections Committee at election@afsa.org by close of business on Monday April 1.

This event will be recorded and available on the AFSA YouTube channel for members a few days after the meeting. Go to www.afsa.org/elections to view. The candidates' statements will also be posted on the AFSA website by April 5, 2019.
