AFSA is pleased to present the ninth installment of its Speaker Series on Federal Benefits. On Monday, July 21 at 2 pm, we welcome Jeannie Singleton, Senior Account Manager at the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program, and Jacqueline Long, Chief Policy Advisor for the Office of Retirement at the State Department, to speak about Federal Long Term Care and Survivor Annuities.” This program will take place at AFSA headquarters, 2101 E Street NW. Jeannie Singleton is a Senior Account Manager at Long Term Care Partners, LLC, which administers the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). She is certified by the Corporation for Long Term Care as a Certified Long Term Care Consultant (CLTC), the Health Insurance Association of America as a Long Term Care Professional (LTCP) and The Society of Senior Advisors as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). She holds a BA in Management from Simmons College. Her passion is helping members of the Federal Family make important choices for their families.

Jacqueline Long is the Chief Policy Advisor for the Office of Retirement (HR/RET).  She has worked for the Department of State for the past twenty-seven years and is an accomplished Human Resources professional with many years of experience in retirement benefits. She provides guidance to staff, counsel employees, conduct retirement presentations, and serves as the liaison between the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of State on various retirement issues.
