Mr. Tobin N. Tracey is an historical architect with 30 years of experience. His first professional 20 years was in private practice in New England where he worked with private homeowners, cultural institutions and organizations, and municipalities on everything from documentation of historic structures to complete restorations. Mr. Tracey also worked for the National Park Service for ten years as the Assistant Director for Design and Construction with the Office of the National Park Service Liaison to the White House. The White House is located within a national Park and his responsibilities were to oversee all construction work as well as the conservation and preservation of the building and grounds. He became Director of the Office of Cultural Heritage for the Department of State Overseas Buildings Operations in 2015. This event costs $25.
