Please join AFSA on Tuesday, October 24 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. to hear Department of State Global Talent Management (GTM) Office of Talent Services Branch Chief Amy Merritt, who oversees the Re-employed Annuitant (REA) program, and REA Bureau Coordinators Sheila Hernandez (Bureau of African Affairs) and Dana Johnson (Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs) discuss policies and procedures governing the program.  

Please note that this webinar is intended for Foreign Service personnel, both active duty and retired, who are interested in the Department of State’s REA program. The goals are to provide context regarding the hiring authority governing REAs and how that impacts the conditions of employment, and to address the most common questions about the program.
