The annual AFSA memorial ceremony will take place in the C Street lobby of the Department of State at 9:00 a.m. on May 5, Foreign Service Day. AFSA President Eric Rubin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken will make remarks. Thankfully, no new names will be added to the memorial walls this year. AFSA will, however, unveil a new plaque honoring those Foreign Service members who succumbed to Covid-19 while serving abroad. For additional information, please contact Theo Horn at horn@afsa.org.
