Sponsor an AFSA Happy Hour

AFSA hosts quarterly happy hours for its 12,200-member strong membership. These have been a great opportunity for corporate sponsorship, and we encourage you to consider becoming a sponsor.

• Sponsorship per happy hour begins at $3,500, which covers food and beverages.
• Average attendance at happy hours is 100-120 people.
• Happy hours are generally held each quarter in Jan/Feb, June, September, and December.
• Sponsors are acknowledged in all marketing materials, and their logo is placed on the promotional images.
• Sponsors have a table at the event, where they can provide materials and 1-on-1 conversations.
• Sponsors will be thanked in remarks at the event.
