Leadership Day 2016

The Culture of Leadership Initiative (iLead) organized the Department of State's first Leadership Day on December 13, 2016. The purpose of the event was to build and promote leadership development throughout the Department. Employees were invited to submit examples of how they are putting the Department's Leadership and Management Principles into action as well as questions for our high level leadership panel.
